School of Volleyball is a 16 week program that includes two 60-minute sessions per week and one speed and agility class (optional). No drop-ins allowed.

School of Volleyball is an excellent fit for all new players or players that are preparing for school/club team tryouts.

The program is designed to teach and enhance all volleyball fundamentals: passing, setting, hitting, serving, ball control as well as the basic volleyball IQ.

We will also do an introduction to different positions in the court, their roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, program is designed to develop movement and body awareness through basic speed and agility training.

Levels that are currently available:

  • Rookie (Level 1): 6 week program: Open to all athletes in 1st-5th grade (Great fit for new players!). Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6pm starting August 13th.

  • Rookie+ (Level 2): Open to athletes in 5th and 6th grade that have some volleyball experience. This class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm.

  • Advanced (Level 3): Open to athletes in 5th-7th grade that have solid volleyball experience and volleyball IQ. This class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm.
