Our strength facility is open to members and non-members, boys, girls, any sports, all athletes.

Our S&C programs are designed to work alongside BOA’s skills training sessions, helping athletes develop the power, mobility, and movement control needed to jump higher, move efficiently, and prevent injuries.

Led by Coach Cam and Coach DJ

Open to ALL athletes, parents, adults, boys, girls, all sports, BOA members and non-members.

Most BOA Volleyball Programs = 1 Hour Skills + 1 Hour Strength & Conditioning

One registration. Two outcomes: cleaner mechanics and stronger, safer movement.

Most of our volleyball programs combine skill training with strength and conditioning, creating well-rounded athletes ready to perform at their peak.

Training Lab Access Ft. Tonal

Train while they train. Blockout families get exclusive access to Tonal strength training at the BOA Strength & Conditioning X Fitomics Training Lab — right across the street from the academy
