At BOA, we don’t guess—we coach. Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) programs build speed, power, mobility, and resilience so athletes can jump higher, move cleaner, and stay healthier in-season and out.
Our S&C program is designed to work alongside BOA’s skills training sessions, helping athletes develop the power, mobility, and movement control needed to jump higher, move efficiently, and prevent injuries.
Led by Coach Cam and Coach DJ
While we strongly recommend all volleyball athletes participate, our programs are open to all athletes — girls and boys, any sport, any level.

Vertical Jump Clinics are on Saturdays 10:15-11am.
