Spring Training 2026

Registration Opens November 3rd!

Spring Training is ideal for middle school and high school athletes who want to elevate their mental and physical performance before summer.

This 4-Month Program runs January 5 – April 30, 2026 (No sessions during Spring Break: March 23–26)

Spring Break Camps to be Announced

Athletes will train with purpose, develop confidence, and stay consistent through a structured schedule that makes planning easy.

The first phase focuses on building fundamentals, movement quality, and confidence.
The second phase transitions into volleyball IQ, competitive drills, and live play — preparing athletes to perform when it counts.

Tuition: Monthly payments (billed on the 1st of each month unless other arrangements are made)
Registration: When you register for Spring Training, you will only be charged $200. This amount goes toward your total tuition.
You will then be placed on an automatic payment plan that runs on the 1st of each month. Exact tuition amount will be in the descriptions of each program.

A card must be kept on file for payment plan.
If you wish to avoid the 2.9% credit card processing fee, you may drop off cash or check payments at the facility by the 1st of each month.

SCHOOL OF VOLLEYBALL (Beginner/Limited Experience)

January 5 – April 29 / Mondays & Wednesdays / 4:00 – 5:00 PM (No Sessions March 23–26)

School of Volleyball is for 4th grade and up. Ideal for rec league players or athletes brand new to the sport. It’s where beginners build real fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun, high-energy training environment.

Middle School Prep (6th Grade) Advanced

January 6 – April 30 / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 4:00 – 6:00 PM
4:00–5:00 PM: Volleyball Skills • 5:00–6:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning

This program is for 6th grade athletes with prior BOA or other club experience who have already demonstrated strong fundamentals — proper hitting approach, consistent ball control, and solid passing platform. It’s designed for players ready to train at a higher pace and prepare for competitive middle school or travel-level play, not for beginners or limited-experience athletes.

Beginner/limited Expierence (7th Grade & up) - All Skills

Tuesdays & Thursdays / 5:00 – 7:00 PM
5:00–6:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning • 6:00–7:00 PM: Volleyball Skills

For 7th graders and up with none or limited school experience — rec league players and true beginners ready to learn the right way.
Athletes build real fundamentals, coordination, and confidence to take the next step toward competitive volleyball.

Developmental (7th & 8th Grade) - All Skills

Tuesdays & Thursdays / 5:00 – 7:00 PM
5:00–6:00 PM: Volleyball Skills • 6:00–7:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning

For 7th & 8th graders with 1–2 years of school or club experience who are ready to train harder and play smarter.
Athletes sharpen fundamentals, power, and game IQ through focused volleyball and strength training that builds true competitive athletes.

Freshman / JV PLayers - All Skills

Tuesdays & Thursdays / 6:00 - 8:00 PM
6:00–7:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning 7:00–8:00 PM: Volleyball Skill

Built for Freshman and JV players with 3–4 years of school or club experience who are ready to train like varsity athletes.
Each session delivers high-rep, position-specific work and strength training to build speed, power, and confidence under pressure.

Advanced - (Varsity Players) All Skills

Mondays & Wednesdays / 4:00 – 6:00 PM
4:00–5:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning • 5:00–6:00 PM: Volleyball Skills

Designed for current or former Varsity athletes training directly with Coach Nev to fine-tune every part of their game.
High-intensity, position-specific sessions combine advanced volleyball work and explosive strength training to build precision, power, and varsity-level dominance.

Fall Training 2026

Each session includes:

  • One hour of focused volleyball skills training

  • One hour of strength and conditioning

  • A focus on mental toughness, goal setting, and developing winning habits

These programs are designed for athletes who are ready to work hard, build confidence, and set themselves apart.

Serving Clinic (5th – 8th Grade) Single session enrollment open! 2025

August 2 – December 20 / Every Other Saturday / 8:00 – 9:00 AM

This clinic is ideal for beginner and middle school athletes (5th–8th grade) who want to focus exclusively on serving. Each 60-minute class is packed with high-rep drills, detailed instruction, and measurable goals to build proper technique, power, precision, and confidence.

Middle School Fall Training (7th/8th grade)

Dates/Times: TBA

This program is for 7th–8th grade athletes who are not currently on a school volleyball team.
It’s built to help players develop a complete foundation of skills, physical strength, and mental performance needed for future success on the court.

High School Fall Training (9th - 12th grade)

Dates/Times: TBA

This program is open to current 9th-12th grade athletes. Enrollment is limited – secure your spot today!
