Spring training is great for athletes who want to learn and elevate their skill level and enhance their physical and mental fitness.
Spring training is ideal for athletes who are preparing for their Middle School teams, as well as for High School athletes who are looking to stay in shape and improve their game in the off season.
It is a great fir for families with multiple kids, as well as for athletes who play multiple sports.. It’s also a great fit for athletes who seek team environment in the off season.
Spring training offers a set, consistent schedule, making it easy to plan around. It is a 16 week program that runs from the second week of January to the end of April. The program excludes Spring Break. During the first 8 weeks the focus is on improving fundamentals and IQ. Second part of the program is more focused on game-like, competitive drills and scrimmaging.
