School of Volleyball

School of Volleyball is a 16 week program that includes two 60-minute skill training practices per week.

School of Volleyball: is an excellent fit for all new players or players that are preparing for school/club team tryouts and just getting their volleyball career started.

The program is designed to teach and enhance all volleyball fundamentals: passing, setting, hitting, serving, ball control as well as the basic volleyball IQ.

We will also do an introduction to different positions in the court, their roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, focus of every class is holding athletes accountable to work toward clear set goals in order to gain unshakable confidence and learn

strategies to ensure success both-on and off the court.

Levels that are currently available:

  • Tier 1: Open to all athletes in 4-6th grade (Great fit for new players/Limited experience!)

  • Tier 2: Open to athletes in 5th and 6th grade that have volleyball experience/ have completed full Tier 1 program.

Spring school of volleyball: Tier 1

January 2nd - April 25th / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 6:00 - 7:00 PM

This is a great class for athletes who have no experience or have limited experience 4th-6th grade. This class builds a base of fundamentals, movement, mental and physical performance needing to excel at volleyball.

The top focus of every class is holding athletes accountable to work towards clear set goals in order to gain unshakable confidence and learn strategies to ensure success both on and off the court.

Spring School of volleyball: tier 2

January 2nd - April 25th / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 6:00 - 7:00 PM

This is a great class for athletes going into 6th grade who are planning to try out for Middle School Teams. To be eligible for this class the athlete must complete the Rookie Plus program first or be evaluated by Coach Nev before being placed in the Advanced group.
