Spring Training

Spring Training is ideal for middle school and high school athletes who want to elevate their mental and physical fitness.

This 16-week program offers a set, consistent schedule, making it easy to plan around. Classes run from January 1st - April 25th 2024, but we will not have classes over Spring Break (March 25th-28th)!

The first 8 weeks of the program are dedicated to improving fundamentals, getting in shape, and improving confidence. The second 8 weeks focus on improving IQ, game-like situations with competitive drills, and scrimmaging.

Rising 7th-8th Grade Spring Training

January 1st - April 24th / Mondays & Wednesdays / 4:00 - 6:00 PM

This class is designed for athletes that are entering the 8th grade and looking to improve all aspects of their volleyball game: skills, physical and mental performance. Click here to sign up now!

Freshman/JV Spring Training

January 1st - April 24th / Mondays & Wednesdays / 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Freshman/JV is a class designed to develop all skills, physical and mental performance. High repetition classes are designed to elevate all skills and build confidence. Click here to sign up now!

JV/Varsity Spring Training

January 1st - April 24th / Mondays & Wednesdays / 5:00 - 7:00 PM

JV/VARSITY Spring Training is a class designed to enhance all skills along with physical and mental performance. High repetition classes are designed to elevate all skills and build confidence. Varsity / Collegiate Spring Training

January 2nd - April 25th / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 4:00 - 6:00 PM

This class is reserved for highly competitive athletes who are on highly ranked Varsity Teams and will look forward to another Varsity year or preparing for collegiate volleyball. Click here to sign up now!

SCHOOL OF VOLLEYBALL: TIER 1

January 2nd - April 25th / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 5:00 - 6:00 PM

This is a great class for athletes who have no experience or have limited experience 4th-6th grade. This class builds a base of fundamentals, movement, mental and physical performance needing to excel at volleyball.

The top focus of every class is holding athletes accountable to work towards clear set goals in order to gain unshakable confidence and learn strategies to ensure success both on and off the court. Click here to sign up now!

SCHOOL OF VOLLEYBALL: TIER 2

January 2nd - April 25th / Tuesdays & Thursdays / 6:00 - 7:00 PM

This is a great class for athletes going into 6th grade who are planning to try out for Middle School Teams. To be eligible for this class the athlete must complete the Rookie Plus program first or be evaluated by Coach Nev before being placed in the Advanced group. Click here to sign up now!

Fall Training 2024

Fall Training

Block Out Academy’s Fall Training is a class designed for current middle school or high school volleyball players (Grades 7-12) who are not on a school team. Fall Training will develop all of your fundamental volleyball skills as well as your overall physical and mental performance.

Fall Training classes will be held twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5 PM – 7 PM or 6 PM - 8 PM beginning August 8. Fall Training is an 10-week commitment, from August until our last class on October.

Each Fall Training class will include one hour of skills training and one hour of strength and conditioning training. Middle school players will work on volleyball skills from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. and strength and conditioning from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. High school players will start with strength and conditioning work from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. and switch to skills training for the last hour of class.

You should expect that these high-repetition classes will elevate your athleticism and quickly build confidence in all aspects of your game!

The total cost for Fall Training is $1,200 ($500 for August and $500 for September/October). There is a non-refundable $200 fee to hold your spot that is due at registration (along with your current yearly membership) which cannot be applied to other classes or services at Block Out Academy. This $200 fee will be credited to your account for your Fall Training billing for August, unless you are a no-show (automatically canceling your enrollment). Enrollment is limited to 12 athletes per class. If spots are available, late enrollment will be allowed and the cost will be prorated.
