2024 travel teams
For the 2024 season, we have already formed our 14 & 15’s National teams (if you are looking to be a practice player please contact us here) We will go to five tournaments from January - April and each team will go to Nationals in June.
We are looking to form 2-3 teams (ages 13-14-15) that would compete locally in Birmingham from January-April. If you are interested in playing for one of these teams please fill out the form attached here.
There are NO TRYOUTS. In order to be considered for the handpicked teams athletes MUST:
Be a current Blockout Academy member
Participate in classes/camps
Display great work ethic, attitude, and desire to further their volleyball career
Fill out interest form with detailed responses
***Teams will be finalized by October 1st***
We have structured these teams to create a strong bond year round, while not interfering with school teams or other extracurriculars. Any athlete that is age appropriate and is a member at Block Out is potentially considered to be placed on a team.
