Traing tiers

We offer three skill-based tiers so each athlete trains at the right pace.

Tier 1 (beginner setters)

Perfect for athletes with under 1 year of experience. Focus on hand positioning, setting form, and basic movement patterns.

Tier 2 (intermediate setters)

For athletes with 1–2 years of experience. Sessions focus on consistency, tempo control, and expanding your offensive awareness.

Tier 3 (advanced setters)

For varsity and collegiate-level setters. High-level reps, video feedback, jump setting, and elite in-system/out-of-system training.
